James began his real estate career at the age of 26 after working in banking. A long-standing Coogee local, he held the position of Coogee Real Estate Company President for the past 25 years and is a two-time recipient of the Randwick City Council Award for Real Estate Excellence.

Deeply involved in the local community, James served as President of the Coogee Chamber of Commerce for five years and spearheaded Coogee Real Estate’s sponsorship of Coogee Surf Life Saving Club. He is also a past President of the Eastern Suburbs Tennis Club.
